Keep your body straight and lift your legs towards the ceiling using your core muscles to control the movement. Slowly lower your legs back down without arching your back and repeat for 8 10 reps.
- 6. Flutter Kicks – Lie on your back with your hands under your hips and legs extended straight out. Lift your legs a few inches off the ground and alternate kicking them up and down in a fluttering motion. Aim for 30 60 seconds of continuous movement.
