6 Minute Ab Routine

  5. Mountain Climbers – Get into a plank position and bring your knees towards your chest in a running motion. Do 30 seconds of fast paced mountain climbers.
  6. Side Plank – Hold a side plank on each side for 30 seconds focusing on keeping your hips lifted and core engaged.
